These are ordered by one thing only: how hard it is to establish who you would be contracting with and on what terms. That is the first question in any vendor due-diligence process, and it is objective — either a company names its legal entity and publishes its terms, or it does not. It is deliberately not a ranking of how bad each product is. On sheer weight of findings the last entry on this page is the most troubling of the five, and we say so in its assessment; it places last here because it names its operating company consistently in two separate legal documents, which the first entry does not do anywhere.
None of this is about how these products were built — we cannot see that from outside and neither can you. It is about what each vendor has published, and what it has not. A privacy policy that still contains the words "[contact email]" is a fact. What you conclude from it is yours to decide.

Our assessment
It leads this page because it is the only platform of the five where we could not establish who you would be contracting with, or on what terms. It publishes no Terms of Service and no privacy policy at all, while asserting a GDPR processor posture and grounding your data-ownership rights in "the standard Limozoft terms" — a document that does not exist anywhere on the site. It names no legal entity, and the Delaware address it cites as evidence of being "US-registered" is a commercially sold mailbox. So there is no identifiable counterparty: if something went wrong, it is not clear who you would be in dispute with. Separately, its sample case study emits review structured data rating the product 5 stars in the name of a person the page itself presents as fictional. In fairness, this is also the most openly self-critical vendor we audited, and its security and data-export documentation is better than most of this group — see below. Our position is narrow: we would not sign a contract that does not exist, and that is a fixable problem rather than a permanent verdict.

This one reads as genuinely early rather than careless — a 2025 product still being built in public. The specific gap worth your attention is the documentation: six of its thirty-nine published help pages are entirely empty, and the API marketed as letting you search, quote and book publishes a specification containing only authentication endpoints. If your evaluation depends on either, verify before you commit rather than assuming the gap is just a docs backlog.

This entry places last on this page's ordering because it does the one thing the others do worst — it names Qubit Solutions LLC as its operating company consistently, in both its Terms and its Privacy Policy. On weight of findings, however, it is the most troubling platform we audited, and if you are shortlisting on substance rather than paperwork this is the one we would not put a fleet on. The problem is not any single defect but the pattern: the testimonials page presents three named customers whose video testimonials are the same file, shows the same five reviews as both Trustpilot and Google, and cites a rating that matches neither the widget nor the live Trustpilot profile. The legal pages ship with editing markers and an unfilled placeholder still in them. Read together, these are the marks of a site assembled to look finished rather than to be finished — and the booking system behind it is where your reservations would live.
